#CHIBOK GIRLS: NIJ STUDENTS LEND VOICE

Students of the Nigerian Institute Of Journalism, Lagos, today staged a protest showing their displeasure on the recent abducted school girls from Government Girls Secondary Schoool, Chibok, in Born State.

The placard protest took place at the premises of the Institution.

It will be recalled that the school girls were kidnapped by the Boko Haram sect in Borno State on April 14. Four weeks gone by and the search mission in rescuing the abducted school girls still continue.

However, one of the protesters, Ejiro Idirhe said that...
“I want the girls released and the intervention of foreign troops to aid the rescue of the abducted girls” while others demonstrated their plight by carrying different placards with inscription like; “#Bring Back Our Girls”, “Islam is a Religion of Peace” among others.
